You will have direct access to me and receive updates as soon as I have them. I will furnish you with estimated timelines so you don't have to guess.
Likewise, for ease of communication, I expect to reach you and have a response in a reasonable timeframe.
I will bring in professionals to assist if and when needed, so we can achieve shared goals. I will manage all the necessary steps and liaise with those professionals so you don't have to.
Share relevant information, history, context, other stakeholders etc so that you help me discover the best outcome possible for yourself.
You will know from the start what we are offering and the reasons why it is so. Once all terms are officially agreed, we will honour those.
If you are unclear about anything, let me know.
I don't want to waste your time or mine. I will conduct a fair appraisal based on evidence and/or professional input, fairly and honestly, even when the assessment outcomes are not what you hoped, I will be honest and share my findings with you.
If your circumstances have changed or you have changed your mind or there are new 3rd parties involved, let me know.
