I started Willow Banyan to offer landowners a calm, straightforward point of contact when navigating planning and development decisions. I was a property manager and lettings agent prior to this. I have deep experience in advising, coaching, and problem-solving — particularly where situations are complex and there are no obvious answers. I am known for being approachable, direct, and pragmatic, with a sense of humour that helps keep difficult conversations human.

Having made the UK my home for over two decades after growing up in Malaysia, I care deeply about fairness, trust, and doing things properly. I work by listening carefully, being honest about what I know and what I don’t, and ensuring landowners have the clarity and support they need to make decisions with confidence.
